Career Services is accepting applications for an Associate Director. The Associate Director works in partnership with the Executive Director to lead the department in its commitment excellence and innovation, as he/she develops resources, manages programs and services, leads staff, acts as an analytical catalyst for constructive change, and serves as an articulate spokesperson and advocate both on and off campus. The Associate Director will lead the dynamic employer relations/development, alumni career services, and marketing and events teams. This individual will also serve on the leadership team of the Vice Provost for Digital Learning and Student Engagement in coordination with the Executive Director of UA Career Services. The Associate Director will manage day-to-day operations in the Executive Director’s absence.  The successful candidate will be forward thinking, strategic, entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, and skilled at establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders; employers, graduate and professional schools, academic departments, and other student service units on campus. Career Services is also a key component to the UA president’s goal of 100% engagement.
