The deadline to complete the Child Care Survey has been extended through Friday, Sept. 9.
University students and employees who have a child age 12 or younger, or who plan to have, adopt, or foster a child within the next two years, are eligible to complete the survey.
The survey takes about 20 to 25 minutes to complete. Your responses will be saved as they are entered. Use the same survey link to return at a later time, if needed.
To complete the survey, you will need to log in using your NetID to verify that you are a University of Arizona employee or student. Your name and your individual responses will remain confidential.
