Job Posting - Assistant Dean for Finance & Administration
Position Summary
The University Libraries seeks a strategic-thinking leader to oversee all aspects of financial operations, including financial analysis, evaluation, planning and reporting and all funds budgeting process for all departments and units within the UA Libraries. This includes the UA Press and Arizona Health Sciences Library.
This position provides leadership in areas of fiscal compliance with established University, state and federal financial operations, and policies and procedures as required of a college. S/he provides leadership and direction to the accounting staff responsible for the day-to-day budgetary and financial operations and may also oversee the Facilities Management unit of the Libraries. This leadership position is a member of the Libraries Cabinet (leadership, policy, and management team) and reports to the Dean of Libraries.
