Open Forum on Study of New Airway Device Oct. 29

The Arizona Emergency Medicine Research Center is hosting an open public forum on a clinical trial that will determine if a new device that secures breathing tubes holds the emergency breathing tubes more securely than currently used devices. The trial, which is set to begin this fall at the UAMC – South Campus will be performed on critically ill or injured patients who are unable to provide informed consent.

The forum will be held Wed., Oct. 29, 5:45-6:45 p.m. at University of Arizona Medical Center – South Campus Abrams Building, 3950 S. Country Club Road, Tucson.
