July 17- July 18
Register today

On July 17 and 18, the University of Arizona is hosting #SATechAZ Unconference, which is part of a nationwide series of events that bring student affairs practitioners together to discuss technology in the field of higher education. This event follows the first SA Tech Arizona (#SATechAZ) event hosted by Arizona State University in 2013. #SATechAZ 2014 is brought to you at no cost due to sponsorship from the University of Arizona Office of Admissions.

Without the formal sessions and structures of a traditional conference, SATechAZ participants will identify potential topics prior to the "unconference" and will be designated to lead conversations that support the development of best practices for technology in student affairs. Topics in the past included social media and connecting students to virtual communities, managing online teaching modules for transfer students and learning about the various mobile applications students are using today.

#SATechAZ is open to all Student Affairs professionals, academic advisors, marketing professionals, IT professionals, and faculty that deal with social media, web marketing, virtual/remote teaching/recruiting/counseling, development of online or software tools for student affairs, academic affairs, website management, assessment and analytics, Customer Relationship Management systems, Learning Management systems, and anyone else who has an interest in how technology intersects with their work in Student Affairs.
