Seminar - 'The Birth of an Agricultural Revolution: Controlled Environment Agriculture'

Controlled Environment Agriculture Center
November 22, 2015

In December, the Controlled Environment Agriculture Center's guest speaker will be Merle Jensen, PhD, Professor Emeritus of the UA Plant Sciences Department.

Modern hydroponics for food production owes much of its advances, global presence and popularity to Jensen. Twenty five years ago he was the first to succinctly define Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) in a White Paper to the World Bank.

Join us Dec. 11, to hear Jensen speak about his 40+ year journey in CEA and his vision for the future.
