UAnnounce Memos
UAnnounce is the place where you can submit news on behalf of your department, unit or program. Get the word out to campus about upcoming events, job postings, retirements, new programs and services, and more. You must be a faculty or staff members, or a designated campus colleague, to submit a UAnnounce memo. Memos are organized into two categories:
- All-UA memos contain information that is relevant to all or most of the UA community and pertain to the operations of the institution.
- Campus Notes memos contain information that may be of interest to some members of the campus community and may or may not pertain to the operations of the institution.
To share your news, click the "Submit Memo" button. If you are uploading a PDF with your memo, please ensure the PDF is accessible to all readers. Accessible PDF documents are readable, searchable, logically structured, and include alternative text for images. For guidance on creating accessible PDF documents, visit the PDF Accessibility page on the Disability Resource Center website.
All memos published on the UAnnounce page on news.arizona.edu can be viewed by members of the public and are archived and searchable. Announcements about specific events such as lectures and talks should be submitted to the University's online calendar.
