Premier | $10 for two weeks, includes prominent placement on the UA@Work home page and up to three images
Enhanced | $8 for two weeks with one image
Basic | $6 for two weeks with no images
Freecycle | Free for two weeks with no images (select this ad type only if you are giving items away for free)
HOW TO SUBMIT AN AD
- Fill out and submit the online form.
- Pay for your ad in one of three ways:
Bring your payment to the Office of University Communications, which is located at 845 N. Park Ave., Suite 100. (NEW ADDRESS)
When submitting your ad, select "online" as the payment method.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What kind of ads do you accept?
This is the place to sell a car or a house or a lamp shaped like a monkey. Do you have a house for rent? Looking for a dog sitter? Ready to get rid of the bike you haven't ridden since your El Tour dreams fizzled a few years ago? Go ahead and place an ad. We offer these categories: For Sale, For Rent, Wanted, Other and Freecycle. We don't do personals. If you're not sure where your ad fits in, just ask and we'll make a suggestion.
What is "Freecycle"?
This is a free ad type available to employees who have something they would like to give away for free. We will list your ad for two weeks free of charge.
What is the difference between the Basic, Enhanced and Premier ad packages?
With Basic, you pay $6 for two weeks for a text-only ad. With Enhanced, you pay $8 for two weeks and can include one image. For a Premier ad, you pay $10 for two weeks, which includes up to three images and placement in the Classified Ads homepage gallery.
Who can place ads?
Anyone can place ads, and ads can be viewed by anyone who visits the website.
Will my ad be edited?
We may edit your ad to correct spelling or punctuation. We also may revise ads about rentals if they indicate that a certain type of person/tenant is wanted or that a certain type of person/tenant will not be considered.
How do I pay for my ad?
You can pay online via the submission form or you can pay with cash or check. If paying with cash or check, you can bring your payment to our office (845 N. Park Ave., Suite 100) or send them to us via campus mail (Office of University Communications, Box 210158B) or regular mail (University Communications/LQP, University of Arizona, P.O. Box 210158B, Tucson, AZ 85721-0158).
Can I pay first and then send the ad later?
For accounting reasons, we cannot accept payment until your ad has been received.
Can I submit a photo with my ad?
If you place an Enhanced ad, you can include one photo. If you place a Premier ad, you can include up to three. You must own the photos. If you submit more photos than your selected package allows, the photos exceeding the number allowed will be removed.
Is there a deadline for submitting my ad?
No. You may submit your ad at any time. Once your payment has been received and your ad has been approved, your ad should appear online within one or two business days.
