It is a hop, skip, and a jump to the University. Just a leisurely stroll, fast bike, bus, or streetcar ride away, there is pretty much anything you need including the eclectic Fourth Avenue, Banner – University Medical Center Tucson, and the lively downtown Congress Street with additional theaters, bars and eateries. Hip hip hooray!
