Casita Behind Pink Adobe Home for Rent for $1,075
I have a private little house (casita) for rent in midtown. It is tucked behind a colorful adobe home across from Randolph Park near Refkin Tennis center, a block from El Con shopping center, and 3.5 miles from the UA. This gem is rarely open for new renters because the tenant(s) have stayed long-term in the past. The casita is split between the open plan living area and kitchen (400 sqft) and the bedroom/bathroom (210 sqft). The kitchen has plenty of cupboards, painted cement counter tops and a storage closet/pantry. I have just installed a brand new WD which sits on the front covered porch. The porch runs the length of the casita (300 ft). The casita has a 2016 mini-split air conditioning unit and the electric is under $50/mo according to tenants. The other utilities are all included in the rental price, including tree-trimming (landscaping), pest, termite and weed control (Truly Nolen). The yard is completely fenced, dividing it from the main home, mostly all block wall with a tiny section of chain link and gates to enter the casita’s yard. There is one off-street parking space with a gated entrance to the back casita (past the front home). The backyard has a tandoori oven, fruit trees and is visited by hummingbirds. Adding to the adobe charm is a modern solar water heater and 850 gallon water tank for rainwater harvesting. Contact Pamela at email@example.com or 520-603-6840.
