This completely-furnished UA faculty home is located in the historic Blenman-Elm neighborhood about a mile east of the University and a short walk to the Arizona Inn. This charming three-bedroom, two-bath bungalow was built in 1950, sits on a corner lot, and was completely remodeled in 2014.
The master bedroom has a king bed with Tempurpedic mattress, a sitting couch, a wall-mounted flat-screened TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third is a study with two desks and walls lined with antique lawyer's bookcases. Full-size washer and dryer are in a hall closet.
The kitchen is equipped for a demanding chef. The open kitchen, dining area and living room has sliding glass doors to the backyard, and a large flat screen Smart TV.
The spacious backyard has a zen garden, a hot-tub spa, a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and some mountain views. The driveway has room to park two cars.
It's available from early-to-mid August to early-to-mid December, depending on the needs of the renters.
Rent is $2,350 per month, which includes electricity, gas, water, high-speed Internet, basic cable (with Smart TVs), trash pickup, weekly spa maintenance and occasional landscape pruning.
A security deposit of $1,500 is required. Absolutely no pets or smoking. Owners have severe allergies.
