Built in 2021 in the Mercado District, this is a modern, ground level duplex below the owner occupied unit. It has a private entry and beautiful courtyard. It is fully furnished and decorated. All utilities and high speed internet (100 Mbps) included in price. The living room has a large leather couch and a 50" pioneer plasma TV with 4 speaker Polk audio system, uses an Apple TV controller, and includes free access to YouTube TV, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime, Netflix, HBO Max, and Paramount streaming content.

The bedroom has a 30" LG TV,  Sonos Soundbar, and Apple TV. A new Saatva queen mattress and quality bed coverings. Ample closet and drawer space for clothing. There is a small desk and chair. Has blackout curtain on the 6' sliding door to the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware and utensils a serious cook might want. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. There is a separate laundry room with Bosch washer and dryer and a clothes rack. Has iron and ironing board and a Miele vacuum.

Located in the Mercado District, you have access to the Mercado and MSA Annex shops and restaurants, as well as the west streetcar stop (easy and free transportation to downtown and the University) all within a few minutes walk. The "Loop" bike path is adjacent to the community.  "A" mountain is nearby and offers walks, hikes, and mountain biking. Easy and quick access to grocery stores, post office, UPS, the freeway. Carondelet St. Mary's Hospital  is a few minutes drive.
