UA Sleep Study
DO YOU SLEEP 6 HOURS OR LESS?
Researchers at the University of Arizona are studying how a person's typical sleep habits are related to their health. Eligible subjects should be between 25-60 years of age, generally healthy, and not pregnant. This study does not involve medications and does not ask you to change your usual sleep patterns. An Institutional Review Board responsible for human subjects research at The University of Arizona reviewed this research project and found it to be acceptable, according to applicable state and federal regulations and University policies designed to protect the rights and welfare of participants in research.
