Arizona Law inaugurated and now hosts the Environmental Breakfast Club, a monthly meeting of faculty and staff from all colleges at the University of Arizona. Approximately 90 members discuss works in progress on the environment and natural resources. This forum enhances communication between departments and colleges, a critical aspect of the interdisciplinary approach of the program.

The Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) program was established at the University of Arizona in 1976 as part of the Women's Studies Department and the Southwest Institute for Research on Women. WISE offers a wide range of programs for both K-12 and university students, including mini-STEM conferences, academic and career preparation programs for college students, for-credit internships and student engagement opportunities, scholarships, and much more!
