The College of Science Staff Advisory Council supports university staff within the College of Science by providing a conduit for information, acting in an advocacy role, promoting mentoring opportunities and recognizing achievements. We also serve as a liaison and adviser to the Dean on staff issues. Our goal is to empower employees within the College of Science and build a sense of community. Our major commitments and activities include planning the Staff Excellence Awards Luncheon each April, organizing Dean Time, administering staff Star Awards and coordinating Professional Development Grants.
