Have a question about the how to use an official University of Arizona logo or where to download it? The new ‘A' chart – now available for free to all employees – provides a quick visual guide on the University's graphic standards and a brief overview of trademark and licensing information.

The 16-by-30-inch poster serves as a "crib sheet" on appropriate UA logo usage, trademarks and licensing, said Kate Jensen, assistant vice president for marketing.

The chart includes all appropriate versions of the UA logo along with size, color, usage requirements and information about how to download them. It also details the University's extended color palette and includes information about official UA fonts and more.

For offices that frequently use University logos, the chart provides a quick means of accessing information on guidelines, trademarks and licensing, Jensen said. That information is also available through the Red Bar Café and UABasics Web sites.

Any UA employee can pick up an ‘A' chart free of charge from the Office of External Relations in Room 313 of the Administration building.
