Time is Running Out to Share Your Thoughts on UA's Organizational Health
Results from the survey will be used in the finalization and implementation of the UA strategic plan.
UA employees have until Thursday to complete the organizational health index survey, which is being used to assess the organizational and cultural strengths and weaknesses of the University.
Results from the survey will be used to inform decisions as the UA's strategic plan is finalized and implemented. The survey was opened to faculty and staff on Sept. 20. Its questions cover areas including accountability, leadership, direction and work environment. The survey requires a response rate of at least 50 percent in order to be effective. Individually identifiable data is not linked to survey responses.
