Since the onset of the pandemic, faculty and staff have lived the University's core values, made incredible sacrifices and rallied together in support of the campus community as well as the broader community, President Robert C. Robbins says in this video Q&A.

"Thank you so much for everything you have done over the past two years," he says. "And thank you for getting ready to come back and to resume things."

"It won't be normal," Robbins acknowledges. "There will be a transition of another six to 12 months maybe. But to be able to come back and offer your guidance and your knowledge to our students ... that's why we're all here. It's to help our students achieve success, graduate with a degree, go on to graduate school, or professional school or get a job, no matter where they come from."

Robbins notes the adaptability shown by faculty and staff, and expresses his gratitude "as we embark on this journey to kind of get back to a normal semester."
