Your Input Sought for 'Thanks to the U' Campaign

How has research from The University of Arizona made the world a better place?

If you have a great example, please send it on to the UA marketing department for possible use in the "Thanks to the U" advertising campaign, which was designed to let the community know about UA research that has improved the world – and to remind the community that the UA is a research leader, not just in recent years, but for many decades.

The first generation of ads boasted UA accomplishments such as the development of Pima cotton, the design of the world's largest telescope and the creation of dendrochronology, or tree-ring research.

The next generation of the campaign will feature some of the best ideas from the campus community.
