The 24/7 Support Center is now offering a drop-off service as a way to more safely bring back in-person tech support.

Contact the Support Center anytime to schedule a drop-off appointment for Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm: 

At the appointment time, come to the Slonaker House building (1027 E. 2nd Street at Park Ave.) and leave your device with a Support Specialist who will perform the service. Once the service is complete, the customer will be notified and will pick up their device.

Virtual support continues to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone, chat, and submitting a request online. Visit 247.arizona.edu for all the support options and hours.
