The University's in-person tech support is now located in Slonaker House (1027 E. Second St. at Park Ave.). Don't haul your computer to the wrong location!

Please note that the Slonaker House lobby location is open 24 hours a day, except for closures 1:00am to 9:00am on Saturdays and Sundays. Use your CatCard to swipe into the building at night.

2020 Move

The Slonaker House location for the in-person lobby is temporary, until construction on the Student Success District is complete. Stay tuned for announcements in 2020 when the 24/7 IT Support Center lobby moves to its permanent home in the Main Library's Student Success District location.
