Notice of Enacted Interim Policy


Pursuant to the authority established by Arizona Board of Regents Policy No. 1-201, et seq., and the University of Arizona's policy on University Policy-making, the following action is proposed:


SUMMARY: This policy outlines the University’s commitment to providing all employees, students, volunteers and visitors with a workplace that promotes health and safety, meets regulatory requirements, assigns responsibility, and addresses workplace hazards in a timely and effective manner.

A copy of the interim policy is available at the University Policies website. This policy has been enacted on an interim basis while feedback is collected for the creation of a permanent policy. Members of the University community are invited to submit written comments via the Feedback box on the University Policy website. All comments must be received by close of business on Thursday, February 11, 2021.
