Applications now open: Paid inclusive mentoring opportunity for STEM faculty and postdocs
A joint Pima Community College and University of Arizona team is looking for STEM faculty and postdocs who are highly motivated to mentor Pima STEM students pre-transfer while at the same time earning supplemental compensation and gaining professional development in mentoring in an inclusive, asset-based manner.
The experience will involve 1:1 mentoring, as well as participation in a cross-institution community of practice where you will receive ongoing support from peers as you develop your mentoring philosophy.
