Applications Open: Udall Center Fellows Program

Udall Center for Studies in Public Policy
March 13, 2023

University of Arizona Faculty: Take a semester off from teaching to focus on a passion project!

The Udall Center for Studies in Public Policy is now accepting applications for their Udall Center Fellows Program. If selected as a UC Fellow, you will be relieved of your teaching duties for a full academic semester so you can focus on a research project related to, tangential to or informing some area of public policy relevant to your area of academic expertise.

In the program's 33-year history, Udall Fellows have completed projects in the fields of sociology, hydrology, law, public health, psychology, mathematics, geography, ecology – the list goes on!

In fact, previous fellows have come from no less than 43 departments across 11 colleges, and many have produced books, published academic papers and secured funding as a result of the work done during their fellowship.

The application process is easy and submissions are due on April 14, 2023, so don't delay!
