Dear Colleagues,

You previously received a campus-wide email about a strategic initiative pertaining to campus climate. We need your participation to make our University a great place for everyone to work!

Over the next several weeks, we ask that faculty and staff join us at praxis workshops for reflection and action planning. Our goal is to build on strengths and identify specific actions through consensus to improve campus climate. While each workshop has an interest focus to see if different themes emerge, all faculty and staff are encouraged to attend any session that fits within their schedule.

You can find the workshop schedule and locations, OHI FAQs and additional OHI result summaries on the strategic plan website at https://strategicplan.arizona.edu/strategic-plan-implementation. If none of the workshops fit into your schedule and you would like to see more added, or if you would like us to hold a workshop for your department/unit, please contact Sara Knepper or Andrea Romero directly. For more information, please reach out to strategicplan@email.arizona.edu. 

Next steps will include forming action committees comprised of faculty and staff; all are welcome and invited to participate.
