On Friday, October 30, 2015, the university Octel voicemail system will be decommissioned.

For the past two years, the UITS Unity project team has been working with campus colleges and departments to transition university voicemail service from the old Octel system to the new Unity voicemail system. All scheduled transitions will complete Friday, October 16th. 

If you use 621-2000 or 621-2001 to retrieve your voicemail and are not scheduled for transition, please contact Telecommunications Customer Service immediately to ensure your voicemail is transitioned by October 16, 2015.
