On-Campus Tongue Muscle Study

The Bailey Lab in the University of Arizona Department of Physiology is recruiting adults for a clinical research study which will investigate tongue muscle stimulation and breathing exercises. The study is looking for healthy adults between 22 and 80 years old. Data collected will help further scientific understanding of the anatomy of the nerve that supplies the muscles of the tongue and how nerve stimulation affects tongue position and airflow. The study will take approximately two hours, and eligible individuals will be compensated at $30/hour for their time.
