Procurement and Contracting Services recently received notice that, effective January 1, 2018, Culligan Water of Tucson ("Culligan") had assumed the ReadyRefresh by Nestle ("Nestle") bottled water contract with the University of Arizona. As of January 1, all deliveries, billing, cooler, and water filtration services are now being provided by Culligan.

The current contracted pricing for Culligan customers is $3.99 per 5 gallon bottle and cooler rentals are free of charge. Customers using Culligan service prior to January 1 will receive the new contracted price only after contacting Culligan for a new agreement.

Please closely review your bills for the months of January and February to make sure you were charged the contracted price as some Nestle accounts were not converted correctly and may have been charged higher amounts.
