UITS has changed the means to request Adobe software. You will now be able to visit a self-service web portal and request access to an Adobe license for Acrobat Pro and Creative Cloud. You will also find information on other Adobe products like Acrobat Reader and Adobe Sign.

Visit the Adobe software portal and log in.

Creative Cloud is available in licenses for:

  • 2 months (to use for short projects)
  • 6 months (for a semester)
  • 12 months (if you use Creative Cloud regularly)

Current Creative Cloud license holders will have an expiration date added to their license. Those who still need the software can log into the portal and renew at any time. License holders will receive notices from the system at 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before expiration as a reminder.

The expirations will help accurately gauge campus usage for the University’s licensing contract with Adobe.

For more information about Adobe on campus, and links to tutorials and resources, visit the Adobe & Arizona website.

If you need assistance with Adobe, talk to your department's IT staff or contact the 24/7 Support Center at (520) 626-TECH (8324) or 24/7 remote IT support center.
