Commencement 2019 is Friday, May 10 and volunteers are needed to support and celebrate our UA Graduates!

Every year, over 300 UA community volunteers deliver an unforgettable Commencement experience to 4,000 graduating students and over 40,000 of their families and friends. Consider signing up today to assist at this important University event in Arizona Stadium.

Types of positions vary, however the majority are outdoors performing physical tasks such as holding signage, directing graduates and guests, handing out event programs, distributing water bottles, and more. You may be asked to enforce safety policies, such as keeping aisles clear and directing non-wheelchair guests to appropriate seating areas. Volunteers will receive a t-shirt, clear bag, and dinner! There is also childcare available at Campus Rec’s Commencement Camp. Visit the UA Commencement Page to learn more about joining the team.
