CSW is an all-volunteer organization made up of staff, faculty, and graduate students. Our mission is to support women and female-identified persons on campus, along with diversity and inclusion initiatives through policy, advocacy, professional development and more. Commissioners join workgroups that meet monthly and create opportunities for staff/faculty/grads on campus while gaining valuable organizational skills.
