Contract non-renewal deadlines are approaching for providing written notice to employees whose contracts the University does not intend to renew. Pursuant to university policy, contract non-renewal deadlines are as indicated below.

Non-Renewal Deadline for Academic Professionals and Service Professionals

  • Academic year appointments, 90-day deadline: Monday, February 19, 2018
  • Fiscal year appointments, 60-day deadline: Friday, March 30, 2018

Non-Renewal Deadline for Postdoctoral Scholars

  • Academic year appointments, 90-day deadline: Wednesday, March 21, 2018
  • Fiscal year appointments, 60-day deadline: Tuesday, May 1, 2018
