The Pima County Health Department and Premiere Medical Group USA will hold a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Bear Down Building from Tuesday, Jan. 17, through Friday, Jan. 20, and again from Monday, Jan. 23, through Wednesday, Jan. 25. The clinic is open to all students, faculty, staff, families and members of the Southern Arizona community.

The clinic will offer both the Moderna and Pfizer primary vaccination series and the FDA-authorized bivalent boosters – the updated formulation to protect against the different lineages of the omicron variant. The Novavax COVID-19 vaccine will also be offered as a first dose of two for ages 12 and up.

A limited number of flu shots will be available as long as supplies last.

When:

Jan. 17-Jan. 20, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Jan. 23-25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Where: Bear Down Building, on the court. 1428 E. University Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85721. The closest parking garage is the Cherry Avenue garage. See the building and parking locations on the campus map.

Appointments are available, and walk-ins are welcome. Bring your vaccination card with you.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends everyone stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccination, including all primary series doses and boosters for their age group. The CDC offers an online tool (scroll to the bottom of the page) to help you determine when to get a booster.

COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at Campus Health

Moderna and Pfizer primary vaccination series and bivalent booster shots are available (at no cost) for eligible University students, faculty, staff and designated campus colleagues by appointment only using PatientLink

When: Fridays, 8:30-11:30 a.m.

Campus Health is one of many locations where you can receive your COVID-19 primary vaccination and booster. If you are in Tucson, you can receive your vaccine at several locations across Pima County. If you are outside Tucson, you can find COVID-19 vaccine locations near you at vaccines.gov.
