Discount Upcoming Project Management Class for UA Faculty/Staff
UA Continuing & Professional Education is pleased to offer UA employees a 10% discount on many of our classes, including Fundamentals of Project Management with PMP Exam Prep.
Fundamentals of Project Management is designed for working professionals looking to enhance their project management skills, as well as experienced project managers who want to pursue project management certification.
Fundamentals of Project Management is co-taught by the UA’s own Jane Hunter. She received her Ph.D. in higher education from the UA and is currently the UA’s director of Academic Resources and Special Projects. She is also a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
The class covers:
- Project initiation
- Planning project schedules and budgets
- Project execution, monitoring and controlling
- Outsourcing and international projects
- Agile project management
- Closing projects
- PMP exam preparation
This class meets in person at 1955 E. 6th Street and online for a three-week period, starting February 19.
