Flu season is approaching. By getting your seasonal flu vaccine, you can help protect yourself, your family, and your community from the flu.

The University of Arizona strongly encourages you to get a flu shot. Download your University Flu Shot Consent Form, fill in your alternate employee ID number (located in UAccess Employee > University Benefits), and pick an option.

  Most Arizona Department of Administration flu shot worksite clinics require appointments, and you will need your Flu Shot Consent Form.
• Visit a public flu clinic.
  No appointments are necessary at clinics operated by the Healthwaves corporate wellness team. You will need your Flu Shot Consent Form.
• Get your shot from your primary care physician.
  Because flu vaccines are considered preventive care, most insurance carriers cover the full cost.
• Drop by your local pharmacy.
  Be sure the pharmacist bills your medical insurance, not your MedImpact pharmacy coverage.
