Hello Colleagues,

We need your help! Graduating seniors have been completing the Graduating Senior Survey over the last couple of weeks, and we are doing a final push to encourage student participation in this survey. The Graduating Senior Survey is the University's primary effort to collect data about undergraduate students' post-graduation outcomes related to employment and continuing education. An overview of the survey purpose and methodology can be found online.

To reach and encourage as many graduating students as possible to complete the survey, we are seeking assistance from campus partners to support our data collection efforts.

How to Help:

  • Include the survey link in direct emails to graduating students. (Sample email)
  • Provide the link and messaging in a notification via D2L.
  • Add the survey link to your website, resource page or social media platform. (Examples)  
  • Add "Wildcat Career" on social media platforms and share our messaging with your network.

The survey is available for students online. Select this link or copy this URL into your browser: https://seniorsurvey.arizona.edu.

How this Helps Students:

  • Students who indicate "still seeking employment" receive responsive follow-up services from Student Engagement and Career Development.
  • Students can opt in to receiving Alumni Association resources such as networking and job search support post-graduation.
  • Students who respond today help future students understand the post-graduation benefits of receiving an education from the University of Arizona.

Survey Administration Details:

  • Students who have RSVPed to Commencement in Arizona Stadium have already completed the survey, and do not need to take further action.
  • Only students who have applied for graduation will be eligible to complete the survey.
  • Students may re-enter updated information if their post-graduation status changes using the same link or their unique retake link that is emailed to them once they begin the survey.
  • Students from the Eller College of Management will be routed to complete the College's survey through their eSMS.

As a reminder, we are always happy to collaborate with departments to generate insights on your specific students' outcomes. These insights can help inform future departmental goals or for accreditation purposes. Additionally, the Career Destination Dashboard (the Dashboard that visualizes Graduating Senior Survey data) is readily available on UAccess Analytics. Instructions on how to obtain access to the Career Destination Dashboard can be found in Box.
