Fall 2020 Student Census Data Now Available
University Analytics & Institutional Research (UAIR) has just verified and released official student census numbers for Fall 2020 through a variety of resources and platforms. The campus community can now view figures in admissions, enrollment, retention and other related fields through Arizona At A Glance (an executive summary), the Interactive Fact Book, and UAccess Analytics.
ABOUT THE FALL 2020 STUDENT CENSUS
This year’s official fall census data represents information as of the 21st day of the fall semester. This snapshot is used to track and record essential student data sets every year and serves as a comparative benchmark in higher education. This year's fall census took place on September 14, 2020, capturing all transactional activity through September 13, 2020.
This document is an executive summary of Fall 2020 census data to help tell the story of our incoming class and overall student body. Arizona At a Glance is intended to provide a high-level overview of key census metrics and to serve as a resource for the rest of the academic year. This resource was developed in collaboration with Undergraduate Admissions, Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid, Student Success & Retention Innovation, Arizona Online and University of Arizona Global.
This publicly available online resource helps viewers find data at an institutional level, showing student figures in admissions, enrollment, transfers, retention and graduation, tuition and much more for the entire University. The data displayed here can be downloaded as an image, PDF, or PowerPoint slide by selecting the "download" option in the bottom right corner of each workbook.
UAccess Analytics is the University of Arizona's internal hub for analyzing data and generating reports. Provisioned faculty and staff can access up to 200 dashboards to find the answers they need. Please know, you may get an error code if you are not provisioned to view student data on certain dashboards with UAccess Analytics.
