Haven’t gotten your free flu shot yet this fall? You still have plenty of opportunities to receive your immunization!

If you're currently working on-site at Main Campus, Life & Work Connections has clinics scheduled through Nov. 13 at the Main Library and Keating Bioresearch Building. Book your appointment today. (Don’t forget your face covering and a copy of your Flu Shot Consent Form with your alternate employee ID filled in.)

If you’re working remotely, or if your office is elsewhere in the state, you can attend any of the clinics run by the Arizona Department of Administration or the Healthwaves corporate wellness teams. Check out ADOA options, and review the Healthwaves schedule. (Appointments are required for most ADOA clinics. You will still need a copy of the Flu Shot Consent Form, with your alternate employee ID filled in, to receive a free shot from ADOA and Healthwaves.)

Your medical dependents are also welcome at these clinics, as long as they are age 4 or above. They will need their own appointments, their own copies of the Flu Shot Consent Form with your alternate employee ID filled in, and their medical insurance cards to receive their shots for free. (Children under age 4 should receive their flu shots from their pediatrician.)

Because flu shots count as preventative care, you may also receive a free immunization at your doctor’s office or local pharmacy. (Be sure the pharmacist bills your health insurance and not your MedImpact prescription coverage.)

If you know someone who does not have medical insurance, you can encourage them to visit a Pima County flu vaccine clinic at absolutely no cost. (Appointments are required for some Pima County clinics and advised at all locations.)

NOTE: Employees should not request flu vaccinations from Campus Health, which is prioritizing vaccinations for students.
