Future Leaders Workshops

Office of Diversity and Inclusive Excellence
January 23, 2019

The UA Inclusive Leadership Program (ILP) invites faculty and staff to attend the spring 2019 Future Leaders Workshops. The goals of the workshops are to diversify the leadership pipeline and create inclusive leaders who effectively leverage the power of diversity. In these workshops, campus leaders will offer insights to develop practical leadership skills related to diversity and inclusion. A broader version of the Future Leaders Workshops will launch next fall.

In the first workshop, Marla Franco will be present a talk titled "Leveraging Individuals' Strengths to Build Diverse Teams" on Tuesday, Jan. 29, from 12-1:30. Please see the attached schedule. These workshops are open to all faculty and staff. Space is limited and RSVPs are required to attend in person. Zoom attendance will be available.
