Healthy Adults Needed for Studies of Memory Strategies

The Neuropsychology of Memory and Self Laboratory in the Department of Psychology at the UA is currently recruiting volunteers for studies on memory and strategies for improving memory. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to participate. 

The research project requires meeting with a researcher for one or more sessions. The meetings will take place in the Psychology Department at University of Arizona. Participants will undertake paper-and-pencil and computerized tests of cognitive functioning (i.e. attention and memory). The study does not involve medications or invasive procedures.

Participants will receive monetary compensation for their time. Participants may obtain feedback about their results if desired. For more information, please contact the Neuropsychology of Memory and Self Laboratory at 621-4003 or email neuropsychologyofmemory@gmail.com.

An Institutional Review Board responsible for human subjects research at The University of Arizona reviewed this research project and found it to be acceptable, according to applicable state and federal regulations and University policies designed to protect the rights and welfare of participants in research.
