The College of Applied Science & Technology (formerly known as UA South - Sierra Vista) and the University of Arizona - Applied Research Corporation (UA-ARC) are co-hosting the inaugural Southern Arizona Intelligence Summit (SAIS), Friday, April 10, 2020, 7:30am - 7pm at the Student Union Memorial Center - Grand Ballroom. 

This event is the premier intelligence event in the Southwestern United States. The overarching intent of launching this Summit is to expose a wide range of diverse, current and prospective students from all varying areas of study to learn more about the field of intelligence and intelligence operations. Ultimately, this call to action aims to recruit, educate, train, and graduate successful, experienced and qualified candidates for employment within the Intelligence Community.

This year's event will feature notable guest speakers including, LTG Robert P. Ashley, LTG Stephen G. Fogarty, Mr. Joseph L. Votel, General (Retired), Mr. Tim Roemer, and various state of Arizona law enforcement organizations, including the Arizona High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area, Tohono O'odham Nation Chief of Police, and more.

The Summit is open to community college and UArizona students for FREE, and to University staff/faculty, military, government employees, and industry professionals at a reasonable cost. Registration does include breakfast and lunch.
