Notice of Enacted Interim Policy:

PUBLIC HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSE POLICY (INTERIM)

Pursuant to the authority established by Arizona Board of Regents Policy No. 1-201, et seq., and the University of Arizona's policy on University Policy-making, the following action has been taken on an interim basis:

ADOPTION OF PUBLIC HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSE POLICY (INTERIM)

SUMMARY: This policy provides for the health and safety of the University of Arizona community during a pandemic and other public health or safety emergencies. This policy applies to the University Community, including students, faculty, staff, affiliates, associates, volunteers, contractors, and visitors.

A copy of the interim policy is available at the University Policies website.

Due to the state of emergency, this policy has been enacted on an interim basis while feedback is collected for the creation of a permanent policy. Members of the University community are invited to submit written comments via the Feedback box on the University Policy website. All comments must be received by close of business on Monday, October 5, 2020.
