Invitation to Participate in CUPA-HR Employee Retention Survey
One of the most pressing issues facing higher education today is the retention of employees. CUPA-HR is conducting a survey of higher ed employees to better understand why employees in the industry may or may not be thinking of looking for employment opportunities elsewhere. We value our employees, and we would like to have this collective data to help us understand where we need to make progress in our retention efforts.
You can help CUPA-HR in this important research by participating in its survey before April 21.
The survey is intended for all higher ed employees who are not faculty and who do not intend to retire within the next year. All responses are entirely confidential. Your individual responses will not be provided to the University of Arizona, and the survey does not ask for your name.
