Date: Feb 20, 2023

The Inclusive STEM Teaching Project returns to the University of Arizona on March 6th!

We invite you to enroll in the upcoming 6-week NSF-funded Inclusive STEM Teaching Project course (starting the week of March 6th) and optional University of Arizona learning community with trained facilitators (the latter will met Mondays from 2:00-3:00 p.m. on Zoom). This national, 6-week asynchronous course will introduce participants to principles of inclusive teaching and help them apply these principles in tangible ways to their own teaching and learning contexts. Although STEM-focused, the program is open and valuable for anyone with an interest in inclusive teaching. We particularly encourage STEM graduate students and postdocs to apply (when you register, you can also mark your interest in doing the course and learning community as a 1-credit independent study)!

For more information about this exciting initiative and your engagement options, please visit our local Inclusive STEM Teaching Project webpage.

This program is sponsored by the University of Arizona's Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning (CIRTL), a national professional development in teaching network for STEM graduate students and postdocs, and the University Center for Teaching, Assessment, and Technology (UCATT).

Target Audience: Graduate students, postdocs, faculty and staff.
