Main Campus – New Operating Hours for Parking Garages

Beginning in January, main campus parking garages will be open 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

What's the change? No need to vacate the parking garage by midnight! Visitors will now have access to park on campus around the clock.  

How: Hourly pay parking $2/hr. After 5 p.m. $1/hr.

Payment Process

Gated Parking Garages: Payment must be made prior to exiting the parking garage. Pay at exit gates or pay stations. No cash; card only. CatCash and major credit cards accepted. Second Street is the only parking garage that accepts cash at the cashier booth (from 7 a.m.-10 p.m.); card only before or after hours.  

Gateless Parking Garages: Payment must be made once you park at Health Sciences, Highland Avenue and South Stadium Parking garages with the Passport Hourly Parking mobile app. Want to learn more? Check out the 30-second how-to video.

Employees, Students and University-Affiliated Permit Options

Annual Permit: Provides permit holder access to park in assigned parking garage 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Evening Annual Permit: Provides permit holder access to park in assigned parking garage from 3:30 p.m. to 4:59 a.m., 7 days a week.
