Subject: Main Library on-site services close on April 8
Date: Apr 07, 2020

In order to further facilitate social distancing, the remaining on-site services at Main Library will be closed indefinitely after Wednesday, April 8, at 5pm.

Library users can pick up existing holds (from requests submitted by April 3) and students can borrow technology from 1-5pm on April 8 at the Main Library entrance.

As a result:

  • Students who need a laptop after April 8 can schedule an appointment with us by email: library@arizona.edu.
  • New hold/pickup or scanning requests for physical items are no longer being accepted and processed.
  • Document delivery and interlibrary loan services will continue in electronic formats only.

The Albert B. Weaver Science-Engineering Library, the Fine Arts Library, the Health Sciences Library, and Special Collections remain closed.
