Department Heads should make certain the person responsible for entering this data is subscribed to the listserv:

Important detailed information and instructions for completing this report are forthcoming via this listserv.

Facilities Management will again administer the database used to collect vehicle and vehicle-fueling data from each department into the spreadsheet (aka: Fleet Data Report) as required by the State. This database will be made available between July 5, 2013, and July 24, 2013, and can be accessed through the Motor Pool’s homepage at Click on the Fleet Data (Restricted) link.
