New Access Provisioning Tool Coming Sept. 2

AccessFlow is launching Thursday, September 2, at 9:00 a.m. This will be the new tool for provisioning and deprovisioning employee access to University systems (such as UAccess and Trellis).

AccessFlow is replacing the current access provisioning tool (APT) and access approval workflow (AAW). Please do not submit new requests to the current system after Wednesday, September 1, at 5:00 p.m. 

  • APLs, Data Stewards, and BAs need to complete (approve/deny) all pending requests in AAW by Tuesday, September 7.
  • Users who have outstanding training due will need to complete it by Wednesday, September 15.

Any outstanding requests that do not meet these due dates will need to be resubmitted to AccessFlow.

AccessFlow leverages the University’s new ServiceNow platform, and will streamline and automate the access management life cycle.
