New Applications Make Parking Easier!

We have some exciting news for virtual permit holders, where your permit is your license plate, and anyone needing parking while attending certain events on campus.

ARIZONA MOBILE APP – VIEW YOUR PERMIT WITH EASE

In partnership with University of Arizona Student & Academic Technologies, we have updated the Arizona Mobile app so permit holders can view their permit assignment in the app. This will be necessary when your permit location is relocated or you will be parking in your assigned permit area during an athletic or other special event where a parking attendant is working.

When you are relocated to another parking location, you may be required to show your permit to the parking attendant for admittance. Now, with virtual permits, the Arizona Mobile app will take the place of showing a physical permit to the attendant during an event. Log into the Arizona Mobile app with your NetID and password, and select "Transit." You will see a Parking Permit option which allows you to view your Cat Card photo along with your permit assignment. Simply show this screen to the parking attendant and you will be allowed to park. This same process will also apply in instances when permit holders are not relocated from their normally assigned parking location but will need to show they have a valid permit to enter.

As a reminder, whenever you are being relocated, you will receive an email from Parking & Transporation Services with instructions on your temporary parking relocation and what you need to do to park there. Note: Only one vehicle may park on campus at a time using a permit.

PRE-PAY PARKING FOR EVENTS

We now offer the ability to pre-purchase parking on campus for certain events. Reserve your parking space ahead of time or purchase using the HONK Mobile app. Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

After purchase, you will receive a QR code that our parking attendant will scan at the entrance and away you go! A receipt will be emailed to you after purchase.
