Do you have a meeting with a colleague and need to understand a little more about their place in the University? Wondering to whom a colleague reports so you can share some kudos with their supervisor? With 15,000+ colleagues, making a new connection can seem daunting.

As part of the UAccess Employee and UAccess Learning systems upgrade that will take place Saturday, June 22 through Sunday, June 23, you will notice a new tile, called Company Directory, on your Manager Self Service (MSS) or Employee Self Service (ESS) homepage that can help.

Company Directory will allow you to view up-to-date supervisory relationships in an org-chart format, making it easier to find and connect with colleagues across the University. Simply go to the new tile and search for colleagues across campus to view their supervisor(s), their peers (those who also report to the same supervisor), and their direct reports.

See something that needs updating? Direct reporting structures are populated with data from UAccess*, updated on a nightly basis. If you would like to request a change to your information, reach out to your business manager. If you have a "dotted line" or dual-reporting relationship with a colleague, as a supervisor or employee, you can add that in yourself, directly from the tool. Thank you for your help in displaying the most accurate information possible.

In the near future, Company Directory will incorporate photographs, allowing you to better connect names to your colleagues' faces. Look for additional announcements on this and other features soon.

If you have additional questions about the Company Directory tool or would like to give feedback, contact UAccessEmployee-Feedback@list.arizona.edu. As always, any technical issues with UAccess should be reported to the 24/7 IT Support Center at (520) 626-TECH (8324).

*This information is pulled nightly from the supervisor field in UAccess.
